A 12-week small group coaching program for women of color who are ready to elevate their leadership presence, voice, and influence. 

In this intimate cohort of 10-12 women, you’ll gain the strategies, frameworks, and sisterhood you need to overcome barriers and become the leader you were born to be. 

 Through bi-weekly interactive workshops, you’ll expand essential leadership capabilities in communication, influencing, strategic thinking, and managing up. Ongoing peer coaching circles provide support and accountability. And optional 1:1 executive coaching addresses individual development needs.
